GIRL'S NITE OUT

It’s depressing if you are to work and work all month long; why not consider a prize to end up a week with a night out with the girls?

It does not have to be an all out party all the time, but at least to give yourself a break from the routine of waking up in the morning, do your thing, go back home, sleep and wake up again to start the daily routine. Set a date with friends to do something at the end of the week, either a Friday night out or a Saturday fun. It can be just a dinner and enjoying each others company, or do something you all love like singing, dancing, bowling or whatever. Or why not have an out of town, go to the beach, wind up in the mountains, nature tripping, swimming…the important thing is doing something different, go somewhere to relax.

HEY EVEN STAY AT HOME MOMS SHOULD DO THIS!!! Of course we can do this, leave the kid to someone capable just for a few ours, and it will be heavenly to savor the peace. Change can do wonders, that after this much needed break you will be ready to face the unending chatters once again, the spills to wipe, the tantrum some kids does.

Now that I have written about this, I suddenly realized it’s been 4 long years since I treated myself to a night out…and it’s high time that I do. And I will, by the end of the week I really will start this weekly treat;)
