WEIGHT LOSS STRUGGLE

It is common enough to hear this popular topic nowadays, may you be in your office, at school, at the gym, in the mall or even just at home...conversations and advertisements of ”possible ways to lose weight or to stay fit”. Centuries ago, not many people are aware of the significance of diet and exercise to good health, or maybe it is not given much thought. Fortunate for me to be knowledgeable about facts on nutrition, but what of those who are not? In the news I hear of some victims of false beliefs leading to illness or even death, like partaking of drugs and wrong medications. In public restrooms I overhear discussions of wrong, old-fashioned ways of weight reduction like starvation; some probably unaware that they already have eating disorder like anorexia or bulimia. These are obviously a result of lack of information. Glad to know though that it is mighty convenient for people now to have them online. BEWARE though of where you get the RIGHT INFORMATION. I remember years ago while I was still a freshman in college, I was almost convinced to try the method a friend have used to shed 20 pounds. Fortunately it took me long enough to start with it for me to have witnessed that same friend get hospitalized due to that method. Yes she lost the extra weight faster than other ways but at the expense of her health. Weeks prior to the hospital admission, I even noticed her slow thinking and inactivity. We always have to be extra careful, thus follow the proper weight loss techniques. Lose those flabs the right way, the healthy way.
