What are your worst and best habits??

here goes: I believe I have this excessive-compulsive disorder A LITTLE. Like when I eat something, I had to get up right away and throw in the trash the peel or wrap...though I just went there and threw a little something I saw on the floor, and I tiny paper before that, and a nail cut-off before that. I can't seem to say a will do it later. It could be the best habit in a positive tone...but I find that it's a WORSE HABIT because somehow I also expect others to do the same. Like, why do later when you can do it now!
So, let's see about the BEST HABIT. I think it's like yours somehow. I also used to be shy and thank God I outgrew it. Now I usually make up for the others around that is too shy to start a conversation, ask a question, volunteer in an activity, etc. It's nice also to make everyone at ease with being a starter. I remember long ago when I would want so much to have fun but too shy to make the first step. So being in that shoe long ago, I know what others feel and pave that way for them to finding their happiness and for them to outgrow that shyness early on.
