WHILE YOU WERE AKID

There is nothing wrong to see your kid bond with the opposite sex, because there is no malice while they are still kids. But the moment they reach adolescence and you see them in this same chair, I know those smiles will look a li'l different. Hahaha! Protective parents are suppose to react that way, I guess.

And so right now, it is nice to see them like this, right? In fact those of the opposite sex almost always are more agreeable than same sex together. With them there will be no fights, no "better than the other". Because they naturally know that they are different.

When I was little, my best friend was a boy... until about age 10, when suddenly, seemingly overnight, it became uber-awkward. It wasn't until I got married that those opposite-sex friendships recaptured their innocence of childhood!
