VITAMIN INTAKE

Does your kid eat the appropriate amount of carbs, protein and fat? How about the vitamins and minerals they need from fruits, veggies and nuts? If not,it is best that you give them vitamin supplement to continuously provided those essentials in achieving good health and proper growth.

Consider also the milk they are taking. The best you can do is to be acquainted with reading the labels, and what you need to see in them. My Anya is taking Pediasure Plus that is compatible with her lactose intolerance. She is fit, and she is what we Filipino's call "siksik liglig" (filled up though not fat or obese). She eats a lot as well and takes in a variety of food thus assured of the vitamins she needs. In cses that she is not consuming properly, supplemental vitamins are provided. Good thing I am home to see that she is well cared for.

Make sure you do too ;)
