More often than not, other people love our body more than we love it ourselves. We see too much of the imperfections that is actually invisible already to other eyes. We tend to overly criticize our shape (or lack of it), we hide beneath clothes a little discoloration that only deem noticeable with our insecurity, we crave so much to have perfect shapes of individuals who we even cannot tell if naturally born with it or achieved it only with technological advancement.
Loving your body will give you the freedom you need to have confidence thus provide you with the beauty that fades with insecurity. You will find joy in expressing how you feel, you will experience climax-y feelings without the worry that your better half do not find you attractive or beautiful with or without clothes on, you will have self worth that will ooze out the beauty inside that most people look for far better than physical attributes...

LOVE YOUR BODY TO LOVE YOURSELF...

Good post and so true. I have fought with myself my whole life. I have a 7 month old daughter and I don't want her to struggle with this as she grows. I feel so strongly about it that I started my own blog about it.
